Paying by an hourly rate
The traditional way to pay for solicitors services is by an hourly rate. You pay for what we do and no more. We set our hourly rates in accordance with the independently recommended "Guideline Hourly Rates" which cover the charging rates of solicitors, legal executives, paralegals and trainee fee earners, throughout England and Wales.
The rates are calculated by reference to the Fee Earner (taking into account their expertise and experience) and where in the country the Fee Earner operates. We have a range of experience in our team including:
- Grade A (Solicitors with over eight years' experience including at least eight years litigation experience)
- Grade B (Solicitors, employed barristers and legal executives with over four years' post qualification experience including at least four years litigation experience)
- Grade D (Trainee solicitors, paralegals and fee earners of equivalent experience)
The hourly rate charged varies in London from £119 to £402 depending on the level of Fee Earner.
Flexibility for you
The most complicated cases need more experienced solicitors, but we pride ourselves at RG Litigation in exploring all options available to you.
This might include having a mix of Fee Earners working on bigger complicated cases to reduce the cost to you. We also have excellent working relationships with several specialist barristers' chambers which allows is to enlist the services of barristers at very competitive rates (even No Win No Fee).
RG Litigation is also happy to discuss discounted rates on a case by case basis.
